Instructions:

• One Goal of this course is to help you become of diversity and inclusion everyday.

• To begin to do that you can either use your smart phone or even tear pieces of paper.

• The challenge is for you to note and record any incident or situation you see that reflects diversity or inclusion or the lack of diversity or inclusion.

• Make a note of this.

• Diversity & Inclusion happens all around us. Until we become award of it, we can not help promote it.

• This exercise with help you begin to notice diversity & inclusion not only in business but in everyday life

• Try this exercise for 24 hours, reflect on what you have seen and think about how what you saw connects with your everyday life and how it connects with the business program you will implement after.

• This exercise listen to some of the following podcasts that somehow talk about diversity and inclusion or particular groups or leadership techniques that support diversity and inclusion
